Welcome to CaseFlow
CaseFlow is practice management software for law firms. It handles your clients, matters, billing, trust accounting, documents, time tracking, and team coordination in one place.
Your firm gets its own subdomain (e.g. yourfirm.caseflow.law) with a completely isolated workspace. No other firm can see your data.
What you can do
- Track clients and their contact details
- Open and manage matters with deadlines, documents, and assigned staff
- Send invoices and accept payments online
- Manage IOLTA/trust accounts with full ledger history
- Log billable time with start/stop timers
- Run conflict checks before taking on new clients (Multi-Practice plan)
- Give clients a secure portal to view invoices and sign documents (Growth plan and above)
How the sidebar is organized
When you log in, the left sidebar shows your main navigation:

| Trust Accounts | IOLTA deposits, disbursements, reconciliation |
| Billing | Proposals, estimates, invoices, payments, billing adjustments, items |
| Expenses | Track firm and matter expenses |
| Contracts | Engagement agreements with e-signature |
| Leads | Intake pipeline for prospective clients |
| Reports | Financial and time reports |
| Knowledge Base | Internal reference articles for your team |
The gear icon at the top right opens Setup, where you manage staff, roles, email templates, custom fields, and firm settings.
Plans
CaseFlow has three plans. Each one builds on the previous:
- Solo Practitioner ($49/seat/month): Core practice management for up to 2 people
- Growth ($69/seat/month): Adds client portal, online payments, e-signatures, and advanced reports for up to 10 people
- Multi-Practice ($99/seat/month): Adds conflict checking, leads pipeline, granular permissions, and unlimited seats
Your 14-day trial includes all Growth features with up to 5 seats.
