Solo Practitioner ($49/seat/month, $39 annual) ​

Everything you need to run a solo or two-person practice:

  • Payment reminders
  • Multi-currency support
  • Advanced reports (aging, client ledger)

Feature gating ​

When you are on a lower plan, features from higher plans still appear in the sidebar with a lock icon. Clicking them shows an upgrade prompt. Your data is not deleted if you downgrade; gated features just become inaccessible until you upgrade again.

Billing cycle ​

Choose monthly or annual billing when you subscribe. Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months and saves about 20%.

You can switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa) at any time from the billing management page.

Per-seat pricing ​

You pay for the number of active staff members. Inactive staff do not count. If you have 6 active staff on the Growth plan, your bill is 6 x $69 = $414/month.

When you add a new staff member (increasing seats), the prorated amount is charged immediately for the remainder of the current billing period.

Growth extra seats ​

The Growth plan includes 15 base seats at $69/seat/month ($55/seat/month annual). Beyond 15, you can purchase up to 10 extra seats:

  • Monthly cycle: $85 per extra seat per month
  • Annual cycle: $65 per extra seat per month, billed annually ($780/year per extra seat)

Example: a Growth firm with 18 active staff on the monthly cycle pays 15 x $69 + 3 x $85 = $1,035 + $255 = $1,290/month.

Extra seat additions prorate immediately. Reductions take effect at the next billing date. Need more than 25 total seats on Growth? Move to Multi-Practice for unlimited seats.

Trial details ​

The trial lasts 14 days. During the trial:

  • You have Growth features (client portal, online payments, e-signatures, etc.)
  • The Growth CaseFlow Intelligence features are available
  • Up to 5 seats
  • No credit card required
  • All data you enter during the trial carries over when you subscribe

After 14 days with no subscription, your account is suspended. You can still see data but cannot create or edit anything until you choose a plan.
